Disability pension
Is granted to an insured person who meets all of the following conditions:
- has been recognised as incapable of work,
- has completed the required contributory and non-contributory period - relevant for age in which the incapacity for work occurred,
- the incapacity for work must have occurred during contributory (e.g. insurance, employment) or non-contributory periods (e.g. during the period of acquiring sickness allowance, care allowance, rehabilitation benefit), or not later than within 18 months after the cessation of these periods.
