Social pension

Social pension is awarded to a person who:

  • has come of age and
  • is completely incapable of work due to impairment of body functions which occurred:
    • before reaching the age of 18 years, or
    • in the course of education in a school or tertiary level school, before reaching the age of 25 years, or
    • in the course of doctoral studies or scientific post-graduate studies.
