Social pension
Social pension is awarded to a person who:
- has come of age and
- is completely incapable of work due to impairment of body
functions which occurred:
- before reaching the age of 18 years, or
- in the course of education in a school or tertiary level school, before reaching the age of 25 years, or
- in the course of doctoral studies or scientific post-graduate studies.
