Within the framework of ZUS pension prevention - the rehabilitation programme is aimed to restore earning capacity to persons insured who as a result of diseases and injuries are at risk of losing their earning capacity, but are likely to regain this capacity after receiving an appropriate medical and rehabilitation treatment. Referral to medical rehabilitation within the framework of ZUS pension and accident prevention is given to insured persons threatened with permanent or long-term incapacity for work and recipients of disability pensions.
